  • A $50 non-refundable retainer is required to schedule an appointment. An invoice will be emailed to you and you will be able to securely pay it online. I allow 24 hours after the invoice is sent to complete your payment. If payment isn't received, your appointment is no longer secured and it goes to the next client waiting to schedule. Your retainer goes towards the balance of your service. Full payment will be due the day of your appointment.
  • No guests are allowed to attend your appointment. (Which includes: family, friends, children and pets.)
  • I require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule and appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 late cancellation fee will be charged to your account. If you no-show or cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service reserved. If you no-show with less than a 24 hour notice and choose to reschedule, a deposit will be required to hold a future appointment. 
  • If you are a new client and you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, your non-refundable retainer is lost and a new retainer will be required to secure a new appointment.
  • If you are sick or are having the onset of symptoms of an illness, I ask that you reschedule. If you arrive to your appointment and I determine that it appears you are sick, your appointment will be cancelled and the applicable fees will be charged. No exceptions.
